So I’ve been researching B-12. For a long time I’d heard you could get it from spirulina, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. Check this out:

Now, like David, I want to get mine from a natural source, not a supplement. Unlike Dave, I’m not quite ready to start eating ants. WaiSays recommends raw egg yolk, but that grosses me out. Then there’s the solution offered here, which involves poop.
So I don’t know what to do about it. Any bright ideas feel free to pass them along…
