My Raw Year

I’m going from a pretty standard diet to eating raw for a year and a day, from 09/30/08 to 09/30/09. If this sounds interesting to you you’re welcome to join me.

Edible Items:

  • Raw fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, greens, etc.
  • Tea
  • Bragg’s, nama shoyu, miso (fermented things)
  • Honey and bee pollen (If a honey says it’s raw, that’s good enough for me.)
  • Spices and extracts
  • Wine

Other Practices:

  • Time Outside
  • Meditation
  • Pranayama
  • Mantra
  • Yoga

Anyway should be exciting. I’m curious to see who I am at the end of this.

    Hi! I fell on your website after visiting Living and Raw Foods website. Since you have experienced raw foods for one year already, I was wondering how is your experience?? I’m really interested in this raw foods diet. What are the pros/cons? What was your health status before you started and how is it now? How often do you eat when you are on a raw foods diet? I’m just curious because I wonder if I’m going to be hungry all the time when I eat raw foods all the time.
