Hi! I fell on your website after visiting Living and Raw Foods website. Since you have experienced raw foods for one year already, I was wondering how is your experience?? I’m really interested in this raw foods diet. What are the pros/cons? What was your health status before you started and how is it now? How often do you eat when you are on a raw foods diet? I’m just curious because I wonder if I’m going to be hungry all the time when I eat raw foods all the time.
